Jack Pritchett joined Northrop Grumman in 2008 and currently serves as the Multi-Domain Command and Control (MDC2) International Capture Director for Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. Pritchett previously led various sector priority international captures focused in the Indo-Pacific region. He also worked as the Director of Global Positioning and Strategy responsible for international strategy, pipeline development, industry partnering, and offset. He started his career at Northrop Grumman as a senior operations analyst using his background in the Navy to develop concepts of operation for the sector’s various programs and captures. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Pritchett worked for Cubic Corporation in San Diego at the Naval Mine and Anti-Submarine Warfare Command (NMAWC), the U.S. Navy’s center of excellence for anti-submarine warfare (ASW). As a senior analyst and program manager, he was responsible for the planning and execution of U.S. Navy ASW Carrier and Expeditionary Strike Group exercises. Pritchett’s military experience includes eight years of active duty in the U.S. Navy accumulating over 1,500 hours of flight time as a P-3C Orion Mission Commander, Tactical Coordinator, and instructor Naval Flight Officer (NFO). His operational experience includes Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions in support of the Global War on Terror (GWOT), Counter-Drug operations throughout the SOUTHCOM AOR, and traditional P-3 Maritime Patrol and ASW missions. Pritchett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy. His continuing education includes certificates in Engineering Leadership and Management from the USC Marshall School of Business and Systems Engineering from California Institute of Technology.
