Rear Admiral César Augusto Benavides Iraola

Rear Admiral Cesar Augusto Benavides Iraola is with the surface warfare community, from the naval engineering line. He has completed various naval studies at the Peruvian Naval War College; also, a Diplomat in Public Management and Operations Management.

During his Naval career he held important command and staff posts including different positions in Sima Callao, Chief of Sima Iquitos, and Captain of the Port of Callao.

In 2019, the government granted him the promotion to the rank of Rear Admiral and assumes the position of Command of Fifth Naval Zone and Chief of the Fifth Captaincies District.

In 2020 assumed as Director of Naval Enlistment.

On January, 1st 2022 is appointed as Executive Director of SIMA- Perú S.A.
