Senior Humanitarian Mine Action Adviser UNOPS
Charles Frisby is currently in the role of Senior Humanitarian Mine Action Adviser to the United Nations in Yemen, based in Aden. Charles has experience from humanitarian, UN peacekeeping and military contexts. For Norwegian People’s Aid, Charles served in country and head office roles for the regions of Asia, Africa and South-East Europe. Working for UNOPS, Charles has served in programme management roles in DRC, Cote d'Ivoire and Mali and as a Senior Portfolio Manager at the Peace and Security Cluster (Global Portfolios Office, NY).
