Dana Bogard

C-IED Branch Chief SETAF-AF

(U) Mrs. Dana Bogard is the DCSENG CIED Branch Chief for Southern European Task Force – Africa (SETAF-AF) with a focus on train and equip cases with African Partner Nations, in Vicenza Italy. She has worked within the C-IED office since her retirement as a U.S. Army EOD Officer since 2016. She joined the U.S. Army in 1991 as a medic and served 10 years as an enlisted Soldier. In 2001, Mrs. Bogard commissioned into the Army as an Ordnance Officer. Graduated from NAVSCOLEOD in 2005; served as an EOD Company Commander, Department Head for Tactical Post Blast and Global Operational Readiness Courses; Division EOD officer; EOD Group Operations Officer and EOD Battalion Executive Officer. Deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 1 and Operation Enduring Freedom 06-08. Retired from Active duty Sept 01, 2016 after 25 years of service.
