Civil Engineer with a deep knowledge and a thorough experience in all the aspects of the military capabilities delivery, such as planning, design, implementation, contingency and operations, disposal and audit, both at national and NATO level. Extensive experience at NATO level, last four years working at NSPA in Operations Services Programme (LK) and Infrastructure and Engineering Programme Office (OE)
