Mr. Joseph Strasser is a Program Manager for the Air Force Office of Energy Assurance (AF OEA). His endeavors deliver comprehensive, data-driven energy assurance and resiliency for Air Force installations, leveraging private sector partnerships and financing. Mr. Strasser leads the implementation of on-site energy generation projects and control systems to include geothermal, solar, natural gas, and other resilient energy solutions, providing assured power for the Air Force’s most critical mission sets across the globe. He has worked for the US Air Force for 18+ years as an installation master planner, designing bases and developing infrastructure requirements for new and expanding Air Force missions spanning four continents.
