Ms. Lucinda Notestine started her career with the Air Force 30 years ago as the Energy Conservation Coordinator for Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. In her various energy-related positions, her responsibilities included designing efficient buildings, tracking Air Force consumption and audits, and environmental restoration. She has been with the Air Force Office of Energy Assurance (AF OEA) for over 8 years and is currently the Special Programs Division Chief. Her work at AF OEA encompasses installation resilience, fostering relationships with utility companies, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, microgrids, and now small modular reactors (SMRs).
