Sébastien Seguin

Chief of Division, Infrastructure, Facilities and Support Services, NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA)

Sébastien Seguin has over 20 years’ experience in the planning, design, construction and management of complex and secure infrastructure, both in the Canadian government and at the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) in Luxembourg since 2021. As Chief of Division, Infrastructure, Facilities and Support Services, Sébastien is responsible for the day to day operations as well as the major redevelopment of the Agency’s main site in Capellen Luxembourg, the Strategic Infrastructure Programme. Prior to this, he held numerous executive positions in the Government of Canada in infrastructure related roles for departments such as Correctional Service of Canada and more recently Public Services and Procurement Canada, where he served as a Senior Project Director for the Parliamentary Precinct's rehabilitation in Ottawa. Sébastien is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Québec (2005) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2010.
