Lauri Pauniaho

Director, Weapon Systems Patria

Mr. Pauniaho has completed his Master’s degree at the Tampere University of Technology in 2000. After being an academic researcher at the University he joined Patria in 2004 as a Systems Engineer in large caliber ammunition projects. He has been involved with Nemo’s R&D since 2008 and has worked as Systems Engineering Manager for over 10 years. After being Chief Engineer and R&D Manager for over 5 years he was appointed as Director of Weapon systems in Patria in August 2022.
