Lead Mortar Engineer, DEVCOM-AC Mounted Mortar and Automation Branch US Army

Mr. Mullin has worked in the Weapon Systems & Technology Directorate of DEVCOM-AC at Picatinny Arsenal as a US Army civilian since 2001, specializing in mounted mortar programs, both as a mechanical design engineer and lead test engineer.
