Account Manager ASELSAN

Görkem Ertürk, PMP, is a seasoned defense and aerospace professional with over two decades of experience in business development, program management, and engineering leadership. He currently serves as an Account Manager for Europe, NATO, and the Americas at ASELSAN, where he leads strategic partnerships and delivers advanced defense solutions tailored to multinational requirements. Before joining ASELSAN, Görkem was the Director of Business Development at OBSS, spearheading innovation-driven initiatives and advanced defense programs. Prior to that, he spent over two decades at Roketsan Missiles Inc., where he held pivotal roles, including Business Development Manager and Unit Head of Tactical Missile Systems Project Management. During his tenure, Görkem successfully managed collaborations with key global organizations and governmental entities, contributing to the development and integration of air defense systems, cruise missiles, and precision-guided munitions. Earlier in his career, Görkem served as Head of Engineering unit at Roketsan, where he led multidisciplinary teams in the design and development of missile guidance and seeker systems. His leadership and expertise in managing complex projects ensured successful outcomes across a range of defense technologies. Görkem holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Middle East Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Space Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he is passionate about advancing international collaboration and driving innovation in defense technology.
