Alex Alderson is Vice President and Director Land Systems at Saab UK. The Land Systems team is responsible for Saab's business in the UK for soldier and platform systems including ground combat and missile systems, training and simulation services in the live and virtual domain, advanced signature management and deployable infrastructure. Alex joined Saab in 2012 working in business development, strategy and marketing and sales for soldier and platform systems. Previously, Alex served in the British Army in the Infantry in mechanized, armoured and light roles, and in operations, strategy and planning appointments on the General and UK Joint staffs and in numerous multinational headquarters.
