Brigadier General Christian Leitges is the Head of Division for Strategic Defence Planning Concepts within the German Ministry of Defense. Furthermore he is the German Special Representative of the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) Project. He started his career as a transport pilot on C-160 Transall and has an extensive background in Defence Planning within the German Air Force as well as the German Ministry of Defense.
