Colonel Christopher “MARSA” Mulder currently serves as the Director, Air Force International Programs at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. During his Air Force career, he has served as an Air Force Fellow at the Atlantic Council where he researched and wrote about space, a Squadron Commander in the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT) program, and on the Joint Staff working air and space requirements. He also completed multiple flying assignments around the world. Col Mulder is a command pilot with more than 2,600 hours in the F-16 and T-6, including 270 combat hours. He graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 2001 and received an MBA from Webster University. He lives in Alexandria, VA with his family. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, traveling, playing pickleball and making maple syrup with his family.
