General Ken Wilsbach is the Commander, Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. As the Combat Air Forces' lead major command, Air Combat Command organizes, trains, equips, and maintains more than 1,000 aircraft, 35 wings, 12 bases, and 1,336 units at more than 263 operating locations worldwide with 154,219 total force military and civilian personnel. Commissioned by the Air Force ROTC program at the University of Florida in 1985, General Wilsbach has commanded a fighter squadron, operations group, two wings, two Numbered Air Forces, and two major commands. He is a command pilot with more than 6,000 flying hours and has flown 71 combat missions in operations Northern Watch, Southern Watch and Enduring Freedom. General and Mrs. Cindy Wilsbach have served the Air Force together for 38 years. Please join me in welcoming General Wilsbach.
