Col (Retd.) Scott "FUG" Gilloon

Sector Vice President, USAF Strategic Development General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc.

Scott “FUG” Gilloon currently serves as the Sector Vice President of Air Force Strategic Development and Capability Assessments. He leads a team of skilled technical directors, systems engineers, and contractors in the application and evaluation of advanced capabilities toward Department of Defense combat employment gaps. Mr. Gilloon is also responsible for advising and assisting internal research and development (IR&D) planning relative to multi-domain kill chain integration and advanced sensing.

Prior to joining General Atomics, Mr. Gilloon served in the United States Air Force where he was an accomplished standardization and evaluation flight examiner, instructor pilot, and commander with more than 3,000 hours in Air Force aircraft such as the F-15C and F-16. He held several positions with oversight of Air National Guard operational requirements development and test and training infrastructure. These positions include serving as the Chief, Operational Test and Training Infrastructure and Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training (A3T); Chief, Operational Requirements Division (A5R); and Chief, Combat Air Forces Requirements Branch (A5RC).
