Cristina Dragomirescu is vice-president of the Romanian Agency for Technological and Industrial Cooperation for Security and Defense, known as ARCTIS. Before being appointed vice-president of ARCTIS, Cristina was the Romanian Offset Agency’s president since 2021. Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement, Project Management and SCRUM. Cristina is both a PRINCE2 Practitioner and a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I). Prior to working at the ARCTIS, Cristina worked in international trade as a contract negotiator and prior to that as an international conference organizer. She is passionate about working in the offset/industrial cooperation world and bringing to her country projects that are significant to its development and security. When not negotiating or running the Agency, Cristina can be found creating delicious meals and climbing the beautiful mountains of Romania. Oh, did we mention that Cristina is Romanian? Why does that matter? Well, it means that she’s a Latin ardent and is pretty witty. She also considers herself an unofficial sports commentator … and a skilled horticulturist.
