Dario Marfè

Dario Marfè was born in Naples; after high school he received a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering in Naples. He began his career in 1997 in Turin, at Alenia Aeronautica, as Avionics System Engineer. Up to 2006 Dario worked on the Eurofighter Program with increasing responsibilities, including System Design Team Leader, Armament System Manager and Avionics Manager. He spent three years in UK leading system design activities at the Avionics Joint Team. When the C‐27J JCA Program was awarded in 2007, Dario was appointed C‐27J Avionics IPT Leader in Smyrna, GA (USA). After several years as Responsible for Design, Logistic, Configuration Management and Industrial Engineering activities for the C‐27J program, in 2012 he joined the Customer Support & Services organization and in 2014 was appointed as Head of the Customer Support Services & Training (CSS&T) Line of Business within Leonardo Aircraft Division. In 2020 he was appointed Senior Vice President (SVP) Commercial & Customer Services, covering both Marketing & Sales and Customer Support Services & Training organizations for all Aircraft Division programs. Since June 2023 Dario has been appointed as Executive Vice President (EVP) Commercial, Customer Support Services & Training & Proprietary Programs Business, adding to the previous assignment the responsibility to manage all Proprietary Programs Business.
