Scott completed 21 years in the Royal New Zealand Air Force culminating in the position of Commanding Officer 40 Squadron operating C130H Hercules and Boeing 757 aircraft for global airlift operations. Since joining industry in 2004, held senior positions at Hawker Pacific, Thales, Viasat and Embraer.
