Jay Macklin

Jay Macklin is Sikorsky’s Business Development Director for Future Vertical Lift, (FVL) and is responsible for managing all Strategy and Business Development responsibilities for Sikorsky’s future vertical lift programs. This includes Sikorsky’s Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA) and Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) pursuits, as well as Sikorsky’s Unmanned and Autonomy pursuits. Jay previously served as Sikorsky’s USG Aftermarket Business Development lead, where he was responsible for aftermarket business development and capture management in support of the UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter to the US Army, US Air Force, other government agencies and foreign military customers. Jay joined Sikorsky in 2014 after a distinguished 26-year career in the United States Army as an Army Aviator. Jay retired at the rank of Colonel and is a combat veteran of both the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts.
