Our DigitalClone Live product accurately predicts the failure rates of rotating systems under actual operation conditions over the lifespan of fielded assets. This provides visibility across three levels: short term, what’s happening on your machines now. Mid-term, from 3 months to 5 years, is a rolling forecast into the health of your major systems and components, which allows asset managers to compare supplier offerings to enable Buy on LifeTM. The long-term visibility predicts the failure rates over the lifespan of the asset, which could result in a substantial reduction in warranty and insurance rates.
