FAdm Ruzman is a naval aviator and tactical coordinator by trade, having served in various key operational roles throughout his career. His experience spans multiple aircraft platforms and operational units in both aviation and sea appointment:

• Operational Pilot, Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department Air Unit (MI 17V) (2002)

• Operational Pilot, 502 Squadron (AS 555SN FENNEC) (2003)

• Tactical Coordinating Officer, 501 Squadron (Super Lynx Mk100) (2005)

FAdm Ruzman has held significant appointments as a seaman officer in the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN):

• Executive Officer: KD KELEWANG (1994)

• Gunnery Officer: KD MARIKH (1995)

Current Role:

Upon graduating from the National Defense University in 2024, FAdm Ruzman was appointed as the Chief of Staff at the Royal Malaysian Navy Air Headquarters, a role he continues to serve in today
