Appointed in the double role of “Head of NH90 Product Support” at Leonardo and “Head of Product Support” at NHIndustries in 2022, he’s accountable for the performance of customer support and training activities executed by the NHI consortium (French SAS company, wholly owned by Airbus Helicopters, Leonardo Helicopters and GKN Fokker) for the NH90 helicopter – developed in response of NATO requirements and operated by 12 Nations around the world for a total of 500+ aircrafts. Directly responsible of a team of 90+ resources, his perimeter extends to logistics and technical support, development of new services and ultimately customer’s satisfaction. He was previously appointed as “Head of Customer Support Services – Asia Pacific” in 2020, and deployed at Leonardo Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., he was responsible for a multinational team composed by 70+ resources dislocated all around the Asia Pacific region with main responsibility in coordinating the resources towards the delivery of customer support services towards the achievement of highest helicopter’s operational availability and for the continuous enhancement of customers’ satisfaction relying on local support network (distributors, repairer and service centres).
