James Gavin

Head of Future Capability Innovation DE&S - UK MoD

James served as a reservist in the military and worked in UK Government and industry before joining MOD DES in 2021. He has worked in Operational teams in the UK and abroad before transitioning to Programme Management across a range of digital and physical world capabilities, but always with a focus on innovation. In his current role James is focused on accelerating innovative ways of working and capabilities into Operational use.
