Lieutenant Colonel Jeremy Fountain

Director Air Requirements 9 (Tactical Aviation) Royal Canadian Air Force

LCol Fountain joined the RCAF in 1999 and has had a broad career flying tactical helicopters. His operational experience includes three postings to 427 Special Operations Aviation Squadron (last posting as Commanding Officer) and three years on exchange with 9 Regiment British Army Air Corps (leaving as Officer Commanding 659 Squadron). LCol Fountain deployed twice to Afghanistan and once to Iraq and has flown in exercises across North America, the UK and Africa.

LCol Fountain holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo as well as a Masters in Defence Studies from Royal Military College. LCol Fountain is a graduate of the Army Operations Course and the Joint Command and Staff Program.
