Lieutenant Colonel Robert Borowski

Head of Army Aviation Concepts & Deputy Branch Chief Army Aviation ACCDC - Bundeswehr

LTC (GS) Borowski is currently head of the army aviation concepts department and deputy Chief of branch for army aviation concepts and development at the ACCDC. He is a trained army aviator on EC135 and has been flight leader, deputy Squadron commander in the german army aviation branch as well as deputy commander of the helicopter detachement in MINUSMA MALI. After completing the general staff officer course with a masters degree in international security and military leadership he was head of Strategy for the Federal Office for Human Resources of the Bundeswehr before his current position at the ACCDC.
