Assistant Commissioner Kylie Rendina oversees Workforce, Safety, and Assurance at the Australian Border Force (ABF), leading transformation in culture, safety, diversity, recruitment, and procedural efficiency. With extensive experience in law enforcement and technology, Kylie has managed ABF crises, border targeting, and digital capabilities. She has led key initiatives, including a multi-agency planning model, Targeting 2.0, and the Commonwealth Agencies Operations Centre. Previously a senior leader in the Australian Federal Police, Kylie holds an MBA, law and justice degrees, and is completing a CHRO program at Cambridge. She advocates for gender equality and volunteers with organizations against violence.
