He has also served as Director of Technology Futures at the Ministry of Home Affairs and held a 20-year career with the Singapore Police Force in technology roles. Colin holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Master’s in Systems Architecture and Engineering from USC.
